1. About this policy
This policy explains how Property Wealth Calculator handles information when you visit the website, use a calculator or contact us. We aim to handle personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements.
2. Calculator information
In the current version of the Platform, information entered into the calculators—including property links, prices, income figures, loans and assessment answers—is processed within your browser to produce results. We do not intentionally receive or store those calculator inputs on our own customer database.
If you print, save, copy or share a result, you are responsible for the information included in that document or communication.
3. Information we may collect
We may collect:
- your name, email address, telephone number and message when you contact us or register interest;
- information you voluntarily provide when requesting support, purchasing access or arranging a property review; and
- limited technical information processed by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, device or browser type, access time, requested pages and diagnostic logs.
Please do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information into a calculator or enquiry.
4. How we use information
We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide requested access or support, operate and secure the Platform, improve its performance, keep appropriate business records, comply with law and—with consent where required—send information about relevant services.

Links to Realestate.com.au, Domain, agents or other external websites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Pasting a link into the calculator does not give us control over the external website.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the Platform to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure. We retain enquiry and business records only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations and dispute management.
8. Access and correction
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access or correction, subject to applicable law. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications.
9. Children
The Platform is intended for adults making property decisions and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
