1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Property Wealth Calculator website, calculators, reports and related content (the Platform). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
References to “Property Wealth Calculator”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of this Platform.
2. General information only
The Platform provides general educational information and estimates. It does not provide a formal property valuation or financial, credit, investment, tax, accounting, legal, building or conveyancing advice.
Results depend on the information and assumptions entered by you. They may not reflect lending criteria, market movements, transaction costs, taxation outcomes, property defects, planning restrictions or your personal circumstances. You should obtain independent professional advice and complete your own due diligence before making a property or financial decision.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that calculations are complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose, or that a property will achieve any estimated value, rent, yield, capital growth or resale outcome. Historical performance and modelled scenarios are not guarantees of future performance.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all inputs and outputs and for independently verifying finance, contracts, title, planning controls, insurance, property condition and other relevant matters. You must not treat any calculator result as a recommendation to buy, sell, borrow, bid or make an offer.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Platform’s original software code, written content, reports, graphics, visual presentation, compilation and arrangement are owned by or licensed to Property Wealth Calculator and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Platform and print or save results for your own personal property research.
Without our prior written permission, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Platform or a substantial part of it;
- use the Platform or its reports to create or supply a competing product or service;
- scrape, systematically extract or create a database from Platform content;
- remove copyright, trade mark or ownership notices; or
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover non-public calculation logic, except where the law does not permit that restriction.
These terms do not claim ownership of facts, public property information, ideas or methods that are not protected by law.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, evade access controls, use it unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights.
7. Property links and third-party services
The Platform may allow you to save or open links to property portals, agents and other third parties. Those services are independent of us. We do not control or endorse their content, availability, privacy practices or accuracy, and their own terms may apply.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will remain available.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on Platform estimates or from a property, lending, investment or transaction decision made using the Platform. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Paid access
If paid access, subscriptions or personal reviews are introduced, the price, access period, inclusions, cancellation and refund conditions shown at checkout will form part of these terms. A personal review remains general property guidance unless a separate written service agreement states otherwise.

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
